Trace elements

Until 1957, was known only seven essential for life trace elements: first learned about the hardware, with 1850 - about iodine, 1928 - of copper, since 1931 - manganese, since 1934 - zinc, 1935 - on cobalt and since 1957 - on molybdenum. The following seven: selenium, chromium, zinc, vanadium, fluorine, silicon, and lanthanides (in addition, platinum, has antiviral effect) - were studied in the 70-ies and in detail by a group of scientists headed by Klaus Schwarz of the University of California. Was developed a special method of experiment, allowing to carry out monitoring of animals in the atmosphere, free from fungus and viruses and devoid of microelements. Thus, it was possible to draw conclusions about the behavior of animals with a lack or excess of certain micronutrients, which in its pure form was giving these animals, mixing specially prepared food.
Of course, macro - and microelements not participate in the energy metabolism of the body, but they control the processes of metabolism. They support the physical and chemical integrity of cells and tissues by saving characteristic of bioelectric potentials. They shall also have the major role in activation is necessary for life enzymatic processes. It is obvious that a lack or excess shall adversely affect health.
Anions and cations are in a living organism in a fine-tuned balance. The main anions - chlorine (C1), sulfur (S), phosphorus (P), cations primarily sodium (Na), potassium (K), calcium (CA), magnesium (Mg). Providing electrolytic neutral fluids and cells in the body, they play a huge role in maintaining the desired level of water in cells and intercellular space, i.e. in tissue fluids and blood. In the intercellular space contains mainly sodium and calcium in the cells, potassium and magnesium.

The most available and rich sources of micronutrients are sea salt and fat in the form of rock salt, which is called "the gift of Neptune" for losing human health, as we sometimes call it the "gift of the Queen of the kings".
