    Whole, not skim milk, as is known, has long been recognized as "the most healthy food in the world" (it must be complemented by iron, whom it is almost there, and vitamin C, which in it too little).     But what does "almost all"? 1 litre of drink daily milk covers the needs of our body (when working moderate) in animal protein by 80 %, calcium more than 100 %, vitamin B2 88 %, vitamin a by 40 %and caloric needs - by 20 %. Protein milk contains all essential amino acids.
    If a person eats 620 feces in the form of sugar (100 g = 399 cal)added to drinks, cakes, variety of dishes, it amounts to 19.4 % of the diet, which should give 3200 calories for men or entire 28.8 % of daily caloric needs for women (2150 cal).
