Aceclidine

Aceclidine (Aceclidinum; list a) - holinomimeticescoe tool. Apply aceclidine in ophthalmic practice as a means of narrowing a pupil and lowers intraocular pressure in glaucoma. The force and duration of action aceclidine exceeds pilocarpine (see). Assign a 2, 3 and 5% solution (eye drops), or 3, and 5% ointment. In surgical practice used for the removal of postoperative atony of the gastrointestinal tract and bladder. Injected under the skin of 1 to 2 ml of 0.2% solution. Cm. also cholinomimetics.

Used as mioticescimi means to lower intraocular pressure in glaucoma (in the form of drops 2%, 3% and 5% solution). The force and duration of action A. exceeds pilocarpine (see). In surgical practice aceclidine used in the treatment of paralysis intestinal atony bladder, in obstetric-gynecological practice in atopic conditions of the uterus (1-2 ml of 0.2% solution subcutaneously). Contraindications to the use A.: bronchial asthma, stenocardia, epilepsy. The form of powder, 2%, 3% and 5% solution and capsules 1-2 ml of 0.2% solution. Cm. also cholinomimetics.
