Acoustic trauma

Acoustic trauma is damage to the inner ear excessively strong sounds or noises. Especially harmful sounds high (2000 Hz and above) and loud (120 dB or more). Acoustic trauma (gr. akoustikos - related hearing, hearing; trauma - damage - the damage to the organ of hearing caused by the action of sounds great intensity.
