Atesin

Atesin (Aethyzinum; synonym Fenethazinum; list B) - protivogistaminne means. Used in the treatment of allergic diseases (urticaria, Senna fever, serum sickness and others). Appoint atesin inside (after meals) for 0,025 - 0,05 g 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment 5-20 days. Atesin also used for augmentation anesthesia 5-10 ml of 0,5% of a solution intramuscularly, intravenously.
Method of production of atesina: powder, pills 0.025 g; 0.5% solution in sealed to 5 ml Keep in dark place.

The action and chemical structure is close to promethazine (see), though inferior to the latter activity. Applied Economics in the treatment of allergic diseases (urticaria, Senna fever serum sickness and other) 0,025-0,05 g 2-3 times a day. Forms: pills 0.025 g, ampoules of 5 ml of 0.5% solution.
