Albaicin

Albaicin (Albomycinum)is an antibiotic that suppresses the growth of pneumococcal Staphylococcus aureus, bacteria Friedlander, Flexner and other Albaicin used in the treatment of pneumonia, otitis, pielita, dysentery, Coelenterata, toxic dyspepsia and other gastrointestinal diseases, while the pyodermia, in surgical practice in septic conditions. Albaicin intramuscularly and under the skin at the rate of 100 000 - 200 000 IU per 1 kg of body weight (daily dose) in two reception at intervals of 12 hours. Treatment for 7 to 12 days. The drug is dissolved immediately before use (for every 500 000 IU - 1 ml of sterile water for injection). Solutions can not be stored. Albaicin is generally well tolerated; rarely observed local and systemic allergic reactions. Produced in a vacuum sealed (open with caution)containing 500 000, 1 000 000 and 3 000 000 ED drug.
