Anatomic-physiological features of a children's organism

In the previous two chapters give a General brief description of the dynamics of physical, neurological and psychological development of children during all the periods of childhood. Set forth age peculiarities of children, of course, is a total reflection of changing the age of morphological and functional features of all organs and tissues. These changes depend not only on the biological properties of living tissues to grow, to develop, to change and to die, but they clearly affects the continuous influence of various factors of an environment of the child.
In the study of age-children especially clearly revealed the basic physical laws, set to I. P. Pavlov - organism integrity and its unity with the environment; convincingly proving the undeniably and other provisions physiological exercises I. P. Pavlova is conditioned reflexes, constantly formed and increasingly complex in children for life, able to trace the creation of the second signal system on the basis of the first system of signals and is clearly identified with the age of the child increasing role of the Central nervous system, particularly the brain cortex is the body that controls and regulates all the main processes proceeding in the organism.
This Chapter briefly describes the main anatomical and physiological features of all organs and systems of organs of the child's body. In separate paragraphs highlight particular organs and systems separately, which is necessary for clarity and ease of assimilation. However, we must remember that in the whole organism of the child, as well as in the body of an adult, the function of all organs are connected; for example, impaired function of the respiratory system inevitably affects the cardiovascular system, blood composition, the functions of the Central nervous system, metabolism, and so on; violations of the digestive system also affect the functions of all the other organs, and so on, So when we talk about age of morphological and functional peculiarities (standards) of one or another organ or system of organs, referring to a healthy child, which all the organs are functioning normally and that is in the correct appropriate to the age, ambient conditions.
Changes that occur in some organs in violation of the functions of other organs, refer to the field of pathological physiology, and we almost don't stop. In the description of morphological and physiological characteristics of organs and tissues of children are underlined basically only features that distinguish children in different periods of childhood from an adult; of course, the basic knowledge of anatomy, histology and physiology of man and animals should be available to new learners of Pediatrics.
Successful study and appreciation of the characteristics of childhood require the student, in the future - children's doctor, a constant refreshment of knowledge on these theoretical disciplines in the course of propedeutics of children's diseases.
