Bigumal

Bigumal (Bigumalum; SYN. Proguanili hydrochloridum; FH, list B) - medical and preventive antimalarial drug. Bigumal. appoint 0.3 1 g once a day for 5 days. Bigumal low toxicity. Higher doses: single 0.3 g daily 0.6 to, the Form of release: white answers to 0.05 and 0.1 g; gray pill 0.1 grams of bigumal and 0.02 g of plasmacid or 0.05 g of bigumal and 0.01 g plasmacid; powder of bigumal for preparation of 1% solution for intravenous (only when comatose malaria). Bigumal - antimalarial drug; hydrochloride N1-perchlorvinyl-N5-isopropyl-biguanida.
