Bilitrast

Bilitrast (Bilitrastum) is a radiopaque substance contains 52% iodine. Apply for the x-ray studies of the gallbladder and biliary tract (cholecystography). Give into the 3.0-3.5 g of bilitrast (1 to 1.5 g every 20 minutes, drinking sweet tea) for 14-16 hours before the study. Bilitrast contraindicated during nephritis, uremia, acute gastroenteritis. The release form: powder. Keep in dark place. Cm. also a Contrast agent.
