Kumbsa reaction

Kumbsa reaction is a method that allows to identify antierythrocyte antibodies. In autoimmune anemia in the body produces antibodies against their own RBCs. Last detected reaction agglutination of red blood cells of a patient under the action of anti-globulin rabbit serum (direct Coombs test). Indirect Coombs test - test for antibodies in the plasma of the patient. During incubation in the thermostat of the blood serum of the patient and red blood cells of the donor these antibodies are recorded in healthy red blood cells, and then identified using antiglobulin rabbit serum as in direct reaction Kumbsa.
