  • Medical examination is a method of treatment-and-prophylactic help to the population, which includes early detection of diseases, dynamic observation of patients, their active treatment and elimination of adverse factors of work and life, affecting the health of persons under medical supervision.     Prophylactic medical examination of these contingents is carried out mainly by periodic medical examinations for systematic monitoring of physical development of children and adolescents, pregnancy and early detection of various diseases.

    3. A particularly important role paramedical workers in the clinical examination in the village. Significant remoteness of the place of residence of many patients from district hospitals creates great difficulties in monitoring the implementation of the sick doctor's prescription. Therefore, the nurses, midwifery stations, medical and nurses of the hospital has a particular responsibility in the monitoring of patients, in the dispensary, ensuring the timely turnout them on reception to the doctor and compliance with prescribed regime.
