Dinamometre - method of measurement of the force of contraction of different muscle groups.
For dynamometry there are different types dynamometers. The most common spring dynamometer (Fig.1).
Subject squeezes his brush arm's length. Pressure is indicated by an arrow on a special scale. Another modification - dynamometer Sternberg (Fig. 2)having two broad parallel handle that subject also compresses the brush.
There are mercury dynamometers (Fig. 3)in which the pressure on the sensor is determined using a mercury manometer.
Kind of dynamometry - dynamography method, allowing to register the force of muscle contraction graphically in the form of a series of curves. This method reflects the dynamics of long muscular efforts of a certain group of muscles.
