Aminophylline

Eufillin (Euphyllinum; synonym Aminophyllinum; list B) - vasodilator agent. Contains 80% of theophylline and 20% Ethylenediamine. Has antispasmodic and vasodilatory effects, stimulates contractions of the heart. Used in bronchial asthma, cardiac asthma, angina, and stroke. Inside are 0.1-0.2 g 2-3 times a day; in the muscle to impose 2-3 ml of 12% solution; in the vein - 5-10 ml of 2.4% solution of aminophylline, preliminary dissolved in 10-20 ml of 20 or 40% glucose solution; in a direct gut - candles containing 0.2-0.4 g eufillina.
Higher doses orally, intramuscularly and rektalno: single 0.5 g daily, 1.5 g; for intravenous introduction: single - 0.25 g daily - 0,5 g
Method of production: powder and pills to 0.15 g; candles containing 0.2 g eufillina; 12% solution in sealed to 2 ml of 2.4% solution in vials of 10 ml
