Gastro-cardialny syndrome

Gastro-cardialny syndrome (synonym of Remhelda) syndrome is a complex subjective (a feeling of pressure, pain in the heart area) and objective (of the heart rhythm, ECG, blood pressure) symptoms after eating.
In the basis of the gastro-cardiac-syndrome-lies viscero-reflex cardiac due to overflow of the stomach and the high standing of the diaphragm. Gastro-cardiac-syndrome - one of the clinical manifestations extensive reflex communications heart with other internal organs (esophagus, stomach, intestine, biliary tract, lungs, female genitals). The development of the gastro-cardiac-syndrome contribute to errors in the diet, flatulence, high standing of the diaphragm. Gastro-cardialny syndrome should be differentiated (mainly using fluoroscopy) from similar clinical symptoms at spasm of the esophagus and cardia, hernia hiatal, ulcers and cancer of the gastric cardia.
Prognosis and treatment depend on the underlying disease. In all cases shown eliminate flatulence (see), eating small portions, antispastic funds - validol (5 drops on a piece of sugar, keep the language), papaverine (on 0.02 g 3-4 times a day), platifillin (0,005 g 2-3 times a day), no-Spa (0,04 g 2-3 times a day).
