Renal cell cancer

Renal cell cancer (true) - adenomagrowing from the cortical layer of the adrenal gland. Can occur at any age, most of the young. Usually attacked one adrenal gland. The tumor may be different sizes; has a smooth node, a soft consistence, ocher-yellow or gray-yellow color in the section, with areas of necrosis and hemorrhage. Renal cell cancer is a hormonal active: boys causes premature development of genital organs and maturation, girls - hirsutism (see); - women - virilism (see). Frequent symptom is hypertension.
Treatment of renal cell cancer, only surgical removal of the tumor.
