In the preparation of the textbook was used the experience of teaching of propedeutics of children's diseases students of the Leningrad state pediatric medical Institute and comments were taken into account criticism made in respect of the chapters, written for the "Handbook of Pediatrics M. S. Maslov, A. F. Round and M, the Danilevich (so I, 1938). These chapters are largely recycled, form the basis of this tutorial.
