Camera calculating devices for counting uniform of blood, cerebrospinal fluid, and microorganisms. Currently used almost exclusively the counting chamber type Bunkera (Fig. 1). It is a glass plate, the middle part (strip) below and isolated grooves from the side strips. Grid Bunkera, Neubauer have the same dimensions, but a different location squares. For counting cells in the spinal fluid applied grid Fuchs - Rosenthal (Fig. 3)with an area of 16 mm^{2} with the chamber depth of 0.2 mm When calculating on 1 mm^{3} liquid found throughout the grid, the number of cells divided by 3. To calculate microbes use of the accounts chamber with the lower depths (0.02 mm). At present the accounts chamber are displaced by the automatic devices of the account of formed elements.
