Castle factors

Castle factors - substances, necessary for maintenance of normal blood formation. The external factor castle (vitamin B12or cyanocobalamin) contained in the raw meat, raw liver, yeast and other; internal factor castle (gastromucosal) allocated additional cells of the output part of the glands of the seabed and the body of the stomach. Internal factor castle binds vitamin B12 and contributes to the absorption of the intestinal wall. The selection of its intensified under the influence of insulin and reduced under the influence of alcohol. By reducing the allocation or no internal factor castle (for example, after gastrectomy, in atrophic gastritis, stomach cancer) may be anaemic.
