The age of mass termination of this type of professional work is a summary measure of well-being of the environment and the level of severity, intensity, harm. This is the simplest and most General indicator that should be used much more widely and, possibly, in the first place.
Age limits occupational health in the system of determining the age of health play the same role as the criteria of clinical-psychological, physiological, hygienic and social-psychological character. Each of those criteria in sufficient severity can be decisive in assessing professional health of one person or group of persons of the same age.

Only take into account the diversity of factors affecting health of the person allows to draw a right conclusion about the level of its compliance with the requirements of the profession.
In chart 2 are of equal importance, sociological and psychological factors. They currently play an increasingly important role in the formation of individual and collective health. In cases where the role of other factors unclear when functional changes and health indicators expressed little, and labor productivity is low and is accompanied by symptoms of fatigue, increase of marriage in the work, the analysis of public microclimate is given special attention. Accounting, sociological and psychological factors with age becomes more and more important as the aging of the aggravated feeling of usefulness and self-esteem, more attention is paid to business career, moral and material incentives, increased sensitivity to injustice, rudeness, etc.

An example of such a classification is Given in figure 3. For a complete analysis of important quantitative ratios of groups with different level of compliance with the health requirements of the profession, and therefore it is necessary to define the share and age-related patterns of each of them. The higher relative share and older age group with the full compliance of professional health and the preservation of health, the better hygienic characteristics type of work and its environment.
Cases of compensated and non-compensated exhaustion and overstrain, as well as cases of loss of the professional capacity for work, are analysed with great care in order to identify root causes and take appropriate and effective measures for the prevention of these phenomena. The analysis based on the age and related indicators plays a crucial role in the choice of a complex of measures. The younger groups with partial or complete loss of the professional capacity for work, than odnomernye its causes, the more reason for revision technology, engineering and sanitary-technical equipment of the workplace.
In cases of loss of professional health raises the question of possible disability and appropriate health seeking employment. This combination is optional. For example, it is often missing in the production, ode required accuracy of movements (precision instrument-making and other). As is evident from figure 4, the determination of the level of disability is not always connected with the definition of disability. In the above case, the focus is on the selection of a new profession that meet the condition of the body and special training of the employee. While the younger the worker, the more real for him the perspective of professional retraining.
