Chalk

Chalk - antacid means; calcium carbonate precipitated (Calcium carbonicum praecipitatum). Chalk is the inside but 0,2-1 g at the raised acidity of gastric juice 2-3 times a day. Chalk included in dental powders and pastes.

Is used as the basic component of the dental powders and pastes. Crushed chalk called antiviruses (Antiverrucinum) is used for the treatment of viral and youth vulgar warts, papilloma virus and herpes; for this purpose is used antiviruses paste, which consists of 88 pieces of chalk and 12 parts of calcium oxide.
