Metamizol

Metamizol (Metamizylum; list a) - anti-fobia sedative. On the chemical structure and pharmacological properties metamizol close to amizil (see). Indications for use of metamizola the same as for amisil. Assign inwards and parenteral 0,001-0,002, the Highest single dose inside - 0,005 g, under the skin - 0,0025 g Contraindications: glaucoma and severe depression. Method of production of metamizola: powder, tablets of 0.001 g, ampoules to 1 ml of 0.25% solution. Cm. also a Sedative, Anticholinergic funds.

Metamizol (Metamyzilum; list a) - small tranquilizer; hydrochloride 2-diethylaminophenol benzyl ester acid. Pharmacologically and chemically similar to amizil (see). Has holinoliticescoe, skin and moderate anti-histamine effect. Metamizol used for the treatment of neuropsychic disorders (neuroses, anxiety, agitation and excitement) at doses of 0,001-0,002 g 2-3 times a day for 3-5 weeks; in anesthesiology for potentiation of narcotic analgesic funds; in therapy - cramps smooth muscles, and as an antidote for poisoning antiholinesteraznami means. The highest single dose inside - 0,005 g subcutaneously to 1 ml of 0.25% solution daily - 0,025 g (in psychiatry tolerated higher doses).
