Breast pump

Breast pump is a device for dedusting of milk in lactating women. Arranged by the principle of role models physiological act of sucking breast. The most common and simple design of the pumps is breast pump Chernetskogo, consisting of plates with the tank and rubber cylinder (Fig. 1). The disadvantages of this pump is the possibility of impaired blood and lymph circulation in tissues, cracking nipples, as the power vacuum created by a rubber balloon, exceeds the average power (180-200 mm RT. century), developing sucking breast; getting milk in the container during pumping can cause milk contamination and infection of the nipple for subsequent use of the pump. Indications for use of a breast pump from the child: malformations (cleft lip, cleft palate), prematurity, the weakness of the newborn, inflammatory diseases of the mouth and nose (rhinitis, stomatitis), the number of severe disease (pneumonia, sepsis, intracranial injury).
