The focus of the training process

On the incidence of sportsmen and its structure has a significant impact nature of the training process. The fact that the function and morphology of the athlete's body shape completely certain, specific options for various physical exercises used in the training process.
The nature of these exercises is determined not so much a sport as the physical quality, necessary to develop this kind of sport. In fact, in different sports are produced in varying degrees of the same quality (endurance, speed, strength, agility and their different combinations). So there is no sense to give physiological characteristics of each individual exercise, as many of them repeated to each other. It is necessary to search criteria specific to the groups of sport activities aimed at the development of specific qualities that will allow to study General regularities. For this purpose it is expedient to combine different sports groups, each of which physiologic regularities of physical exercises used in the training process, the same. It is obvious that the athletes of different sports, grouped with certain direction of training process in the body in a more or less similar changes occur and develop similar adaptive mechanisms. This distribution of sports activities on certain groups allows to study regularities underlying the one or the other phenomena that arise when doing sports.
As a sports doctor is, in fact, a therapist, his primary interest is the study of influences character of sports training on the autonomic functions of the body. For the sports physician, both scientific and practical worker, classification or grouping based on this principle, since it is impossible to generalize the results of the research of changes of vegetative functions separately in each of the existing more than 60 kinds of sports. Only such grouping May help both practical and scientific employee to understand biological regularities of influence of physical exercises. Of course, this is not the only possible principle systematization of sports. In the study of particular issues of sports medicine, for example traumatology, lesions of ENT organs, and so on, the principle may be different. However, the investigation of changes of vegetative functions under the influence of sports training is in sports medicine major.
On this basis the basis for the distribution of the main sports in the group's right to put different combinations of the three criteria, characterizing physical activity. These include: 1) the priority capacity of work performed during training (maximum, submaximal, large, reasonable, different by intensity); 2) the priority cyclical or acyclictest work; 3) the priority development of those or other motor skills.
The distribution of sports, made according to this principle, presented in table. 3. In the first 4 of the group includes cyclic sports. They are divided by power of work and the predominant development of these or those qualities. In group V combine sports with acyclic nature of the movements and the predominance of short-term voltage, maximum power. Sports, when training have mostly acyclic the work when constantly changing power, United in VI-VIII group depending on which predominantly quality are produced from representatives of these sports. In fact, such a grouping sports limited to 8 groups, as IX group is other sports.
When creating this group sports she was, in principle, a priori, because it is based albeit indisputable, but the theoretical assumption that a set of factors characterizing the training, causes corresponding to certain changes in the functional state of the vegetative functions.
