Incompatibility of medicinal products

There are two types of incompatibility medicinal products: 1) pharmaceutical incompatibility and 2) pharmacological incompatibility.
Pharmaceutical incompatibility medicinal products - the full or partial loss of therapeutic effects of drugs originating in its manufacture or storage as a result of interaction of ingredients included in the composition of the drugs. Pharmaceutical incompatibility medicinal products also include phenomena that lead to the loss of pharmacopoeial types of drugs, difficult or impossible exact dosage of its active substances (otsyrevanija powders, education coarse sediments in medicines and so on).
Pharmaceutical incompatibility is divided into physical and chemical.

Chemical incompatibility of medicines caused by chemical interaction of components of the drug, which, usually, for a reduction or complete loss of therapeutic activity of drugs. Pharmacological incompatibility of drugs is due to the combination of medicinal substances acting antagonistically or mutually reinforcing adverse or toxic effects of each other. Pharmacological incompatibility of medicinal substances in many cases eliminates the possibility of their simultaneous use.
Incompatible combinations of medicinal substances make the medicine is defective in the therapeutic relationship, and in some cases even dangerous for the life of the patient.
