Renal tea, Java staminate (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth.) is cultivated in the USSR the plant. Contains studied glycosides. Infusion of leaves and apical leafy shoots (3,5 : 200) accept (half a Cup for 20-30 minutes before meals, 2 times a day) as a diuretic at diseases of kidneys (nephritis, kidney stones, cystitis), urethritis, gout, and also as a means of dissolving the stones used at cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.
