In General biological terms, the different changes of various physiological parameters related to the implementation of important functions of the body, is a positive development, in particular in relation to health. The absence in the most important complexes of sustainability physiological parameters contributing to labour activity, is the optimal adaptability of the body. Recognition for one indicator dominant role in the labour would reduce supply reliability and durability of this important body functions. As for aging, geterogennosti and breadth of reduction of functionality of various organs and systems are appropriate internal adaptive mechanism contributing to the prolongation of human life.
Integral evaluation of occupational health is a very difficult task, for which you need a wide variety of psycho-physiological and social-hygienic research and processing of results using complex mathematical apparatus.
The lack of a model for calculation of integral characteristics of the health of the individual currently allows the use of psycho-physiological and socio-hygienic indices in comparative analysis of the results of repeated multidisciplinary research group and in relation to specific factors.
Various physiological and socio-hygienic indices was fully justified in the evaluation of health in groups of people of different professions. For group assessment of the indicators, which has more to do a certain type of labour activity of the individual, are offset and presented in groups closely reflect changes in health. The clear distinction in groups depending on age, sex, the intensity of work and health (see Chapter 2).
For scenes professional health consider the following factors: 1) organization of the work process (environment, workplace, and hygienic working conditions, labour, and so on); 2) the impact of the operation on the human organism, changes in the functional state of the organism in the labour process; 3) functional capacity of the organism in relation to the requirements of different types of labour (in connection with the tasks of professional adaptation and transition).
This requires multiple complex research of indicators that describe the General state of the organism depends largely on the age and state of health, as well as specific indicators, due to activity and changing in connection with work experience.
In maintaining high professional health and hygiene plan important now purchase two questions: 1) under what conditions is the optimal functioning of some organs, systems and body as a whole; 2) under what conditions is the lack of coordination of functions become a source of tension leading to psychophysiological discoordination with subsequent negative effects on the body up to disease and early professional aging.
