Papaverine (Papaverinum; list B) - spasmolytic agent. Alkaloid contained in opium. Apply with angina, hypertonia, migraine, cholecystitis, spastic colitis, spasm urinary tract. Produced in the form papaverine hydrochloride (Papaverinum hydrochloricum, Papaverini hydrochloridum). Assign inside of powders and tablets on 0,02-0,05 g 2-4 times a day; under the skin - 1-2% solution 1-2 ml Higher doses inside: single - 0.2 g daily - 0,6, method of production: powder and pills to 0,015 and 0.02 g; ml to 2 ml of 2% solution. Keep in dark place.

Higher doses: single - 0.15 grams daily - 0,5, method of production: powder and pills to 0,015 and 0.02 g, as well as in tablets in combination with sedative, spasmolytic and analgesic agents. Keep in dark place.
