Paracetamol

Paracetamol (Paracetamolum; synonymous with acetomin; list B) is a non-narcotic analgesic.

Paracetamol (Paracetamolum; synonym: aclofen, Dolamin) is an analgesic agent with antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action; para-acetaminophenol. The effect similar to fenatsetinu (see), but is less toxic (does not cause the formation of methemoglobin). Used inside in the powder and tablets at doses of 0.2-0.5 g 2-3 times a day in pain as a means of neuralgia, muscles, joints, headaches, often in combination with other non-narcotic analgesic drugs, caffeine, phenobarbital.
