Planetography

Planetography (from lat. planta - stop and Greek. graphc - depict - the method of obtaining prints feet (track), which allows to judge its leaf functions. It is mainly used for flat feet along with the direct measurement of the foot, the calculation of the arches of the vaults according to Lorenz, geometric study of the imprint on Partes, radiography, podolatria (see). Giving a visual representation of the height of the arch of the foot, planetography less accurate than the above methods.
A number of modifications of planetography. Volkmann (R. Volkmann) received an imprint of bare feet on the smoked sheet of paper and recorded it with the back of the solution of shellac in alcohol. The method of Smirnov: sample comes with a bare foot first on cloth ink pillow, then on a clean sheet of paper.
