Oak (Quercus robur L.) - wild and cultivated plant. Broth (20 : 200) bark of young trunks and branches that contain tanning substances, used for rinsing as astringent in gingivitis, stomatitis and other inflammatory processes in the oral cavity, pharynx and tonsils. Externally broth (40 : 200) are sometimes used to treat burns.
