angioedemaKwinke swelling (synonym: angioneurotic edema, acute limited swelling, giant urticaria), the symptoms of a transient-limited swelling of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and mucous membranes. Treatment: must cancel provoking the attack medicines, foods, estimated allergen; designate diphenhydramine 0.03-0.05 g 1-3 times a day, suprastin 0.025 g 2-3 times a day or pipolfen 0.025 g 2-3 times a day. Swelling of the larynx is injected subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 ml of 0.1% solution of adrenaline, intramuscularly 2.0 ml of 2.5% solution of pipolfen or 1.0 ml of 1% solution of Dimedrol, hot foot bath.
