X-ray analysis of arthropathy

Nervotrepka disorders in bone skeleton are expressed mainly by arthropathy and less often abarticular osteopatiya. In the group neurogenic arthropathy considered manifestations of the following diseases: tabes, syringomyelia, psoriasis, leprosy, scleroderma, sclerodactyly, angioneurosis, Raynaud's disease, diabetes, acroosteolysis and traumatic damages of the nervous system, mainly large peripheral nerve.

When neurogenic osteoarthropathy observed degenerative necrobiotic and destructive processes in the bone tissue, sometimes pathological fractures (Fig. 3) with the formation of joint mice, dislocations and subluxations. For some forms characteristic of the disorder reactive phenomena in the bone substance (osteosclerosis, giperostos) and the periosteum (periosteal overlay)and articular capsule and periarticular soft tissues (pathological calcification and ossification). For neurogenic lesions of the skeleton typical also observed, first, the most pronounced in the peripheral bones, i.e. in terminal phalanges of fingers (Fig. 4) and stop. In the future, the process may extend to interphalangeal joints and then on average and major phalanxes of fingers and even the metacarpophalangeal joints. Arthropathy of the " dryness " of the spinal cord and those of syringomyelia are manifested in one of the large joints of the extremities, while the other arthropathy typical symmetrical small lesions of peripheral joints and bones. If syringomyelia frequent combination of defeat any major joint of the upper limb from osteolysis several nail phalanxes of both hands. Sometimes there are areas of perestroika (see Looser zone of perestroika) in large tubular bones (Fig. 5). As in those of syringomyelia, and spinal cord the " dryness " of the spine is affected rarely (spondylopathy).
In addition to the similarities between the individual arthropathy there are also differences. For example, lesions of peripheral parts of the skeleton are not accompanied reparative phenomena, in large joints they are as a rule.
When arthropathy may occur complications suppurative inflammatory process (Fig. 6). In some cases, neurogenic A. incorrect clinical diagnosis sarcoma is excluded radiographically; when spondylopathies also easily excluded tuberculous spondylitis; suppuration, simulating osteomyelitis, stands as a complication arthropathy.
