Beet salad. Half Cup of sliced cold boiled beet add 2 tablespoons main seasoning (see above) and rye bread crumbs.
Spinach salad. Wash and chop the spinach (1 Cup). Cool and pour 2 tablespoons main seasoning (see above) or seasoning with olives or cranberry juice. Add 2 tablespoons of rye bread crumbs.
Potato salad. Chop (half a Cup) cold boiled Yam. Pour the main spice or seasoning with olives. Add 2 tablespoons of rye bread crumbs.
