Salsolidine

Salsolidine (Salsolidinum; list B) - spasmolytic agent; alkaloid contained in the plant Solyanka (Salsola Bichteri) - plants of the family Chenopodiaceae. For medical purposes release hydrochloride salsolidine (Salsolidinum hydrochloricum). Applied in hypertensive disease. Assign inside of 0.02-0.03 g 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 10-15 days. Higher doses: single 0.1 g daily 0.3 g
Contraindications: cardiac decompensation and severe violations of the liver and kidneys. Method of production: powder and tablets of 0.03 g Retain salsolidine in protected from light place.
