Scientific-technical revolution under socialism promotes full compliance between the high economic development and the satisfaction of human needs in labour, comprehensive and constant development of his abilities, creation of the conditions under which preserved health, facilitated and becomes interesting work.
Socio-demographic and physiological-hygienic analysis of age limits occupational health showed that at present these requirements are not fully implemented. Without touching all causes of socio-economic and technical, which at this stage of socialist construction to achieve full, characteristic of Communist society harmony in personal development and the economy, we believe it is necessary to pay attention to the ones that inevitably influence; the age limit of efficiency, but still not taken into consideration or completely ignored in the process of scientific and technological conversion of production. Underestimation of ageing workers is a serious obstacle to the achievement of full and rational use of labor potential of the population. This situation illustrates the data on the prevalence and relative true early professional) aging groups of workers whose work is connected with the novelty of technological processes, tools, methods of production, the abundance of information processed, high mobility and intensification of the activities of some agencies and limitation of movements or static strain others. Intensification of modern production, as a rule, is connected with the intensification of mental and sensory functions of the body. Hence mandatory provision about the need for technological change and improvement of production, ensuring physiologically normal load, rhythm and pace of work for persons of different ages.
Given the mobility of the concept of "normal" against the representatives of different age and sex, and that it is necessary to avoid dereniowa younger workers and to provide the training and improvement of functions in the process of working life, should provide for the possibility of individual simulation workload. In principle this is not a new situation gets a special meaning in the age of intensification and strict coordination of production cycles. In this regard, we believe that the widespread introduction of machine programming interaction of all links of production cannot be carried out without regard to vocational qualification and functionality of specific composition of working. Of course, the basis for this should serve as data physiology of labour desirable and acceptable levels of change of body functions workers of different ages, as well as about the age limits of professional capacity in the specific conditions of this type, integral reflecting the reaction of the team.
Thus, naturally, the question arises as to what extent the introduction of a system of individualization load, taking into account age-related physiological capabilities of workers will have an impact on the economic performance of production and in what conditions this measure may contribute to the optimisation of socially necessary labor productivity.
