Death certificate

Death certificate (medical) - a document certifying death. It produces a pathologist (forensic expert) on the basis of the results of the autopsy or doctor who observed during the life of the patient. The death certificate issued to relatives of the deceased or the people in charge of burial, a receipt on the back of the certificate that remains in the hospital. It is legal and medical importance, being a document on the basis of which the Registrar shall make the registration of death, and the document which makes the basis of national statistics of causes of death. Without issuing death certificates to bury the dead, is prohibited.
