Such a study we conducted by the same type of scheme of experiments. In accordance with the task, on the basis of our previous polls, as the main anticariogenic drugs were elected glycyrrhizinate calcium, seaweed as a source of microelements, sodium fluoride. The first was added to the diet and sodium fluoride in drinking water.
In a series of studies was introduced another group of rats, which, unlike the others, received a mixture of inorganic phosphates (one - and disubstituted sodium phosphate, one - and disubstituted calcium phosphate). This group of animals that were given four homogeneous additives, we took to associate with others who received the combination of various anticariogenic additives.
Studies were conducted on 247 white rats of line Vistar", 213 of them were held with 30-day life on cariogenic diet, and 34 were on a normal stern vivarium (group EOS-3), and they all studied parameters we took the norm. Rats 40-th group received a mixture of inorganic phosphates (0.07 g) in the diet.

Conditions of detention, investigations and slaughter of animals were similar for all groups of this series and previous experiences.
Indicators of caries in this series rats were the least of all the previously obtained. Variation in frequency of susceptibility teeth in animals of most experienced groups were small (average 3,03 4.4% of carious teeth when 0,36 - 0,53 carious lesions per rat). Only in the rats that received the complex inorganic phosphates, indicators of dental caries were significantly (P < 0.001) more, although not as great as the control rats. The main result of the conducted research is to achieve a preventive effect in which the indicators of dental caries in animals close to the incidence of their decay in natural conditions (average of 3.1% carious teeth when 0,38 ± 0,10 carious lesions per rat).
