Vaginismus

Vaginismus is a painful spasmodic contraction of the pelvic muscles, particularly muscles gripping the entrance to the vaginathat occurs when you try to sexual intercourse (sometimes at the thought of it) or gynecological examination. Spasm of the muscles of the pelvic floor may be accompanied by simultaneous convulsive note thighs. More often vaginismus is associated with mental injury in the first days of sexual life. Genitals can be no pathological changes (true vaginismus), occasionally marked vulvovaginitis, abrasions, fractures of the vulva (false vaginismus). Treatment.
