Vectorcardiography

Vectorcardiography method of registration and examination of electrical processes in heart. Upon excitation of the heart muscle occurs electromotive force, the magnitude and direction of which is denoted by an arrow (vector). During the cardiac cycle magnitude and direction of the electromotive force change, so the devices through which it is registered, record it in the form of loops (Fig.).
In heart disease there are various kinds of deformations of loop vectorcardiography that allows you to use vectorcardiography for diagnosis, for example to identify violations of the coronary circulation.
