The problem of education of negative emotions

Negative emotions are a source of internal energy of animals and humans, force them to overcome difficulties, reached gat goals. However, clinical observations suggest that the negative emotional feelings should not be prolonged.
Many clinicians, including G. F. lang (1948), have long suggested that the repeated delay of external expression of negative emotions will put them in a stagnant state, leading to pathology. This is understandable, because it is formed emotion is inevitable, even in the case of inhibition of its managed components, covers unmanaged, in particular internal components. The frequent repetition of this is often the root cause of such neurogenic diseases as saying disease stomach and duodenal ulcers, hypertension, spasms of the various divisions of the gastrointestinal tract, etc.
However, the training is directed at the delay, grinding and processing of primary knockout emotions of a child. Education of the individual emotions should be aimed at developing the ability of other, stronger motives, logic and intellect not let negative emotions in a particular situation to arise in and take possession of the mind and the body.
But the most important thing for every person is to develop the ability to switch the negative emotion on a good work, which will inevitably lead to the joy and satisfaction.
