Medical area is part of a settlement with a certain number of inhabitants served by a district medical personnel (doctor, nurse). The main precinct doctors are therapist providing assistance to adults and the pediatric child population. In the precinct principle are also obstetrician-gynecologist and a TB doctor. Local doctor and sister, constantly communicating with people living on their assigned area not only provide medical assistance, but also get acquainted with the conditions of their work and life, which helps to reduce morbidity on the site, correct organization of medical examination of the population (see clinical examination).
Precinct doctors receive patients in the clinic and treat them at home. The main functions of the precinct sisters are helping doctor on admission to the clinic, and run your doctor home patient.
For the catchment area therapists and pediatricians has established the following rate of visits: 5 patients on admission to the clinic for 1 hour and 2 visits per hour at home.
