Fat necrosis

Fat necrosis focal necrosis of adipose tissue. Meet with acute pancreatitis and pancreatic necrosis of pancreatic tissue and environmental adipose tissue (mainly in the omentum and the mesentery). Have the appearance of small nodules or yellowish spots resembling drops of wax or stearin. Arises from the digestive action on adipose tissue active enzymes pancreas. In Exodus fat necrosis can develop lipogenesis. Much less fat necrosis were observed in the mediastinum, under the pleura, in bone marrow and in subcutaneous fat, tissue.
